What happens during a consultation?

The consultation will take place with a member of our team in one of our dedicated rooms, Bridal, Bridesmaid, Prom or Men’s hire, depending on the service you require. The initial consultation is usually for an hour and we will guide you through a range of choices for you to try. You’re welcome to bring friends and family along with you, we suggest around 2-3, this will keep your experience relaxed and fun without being overwhelmed by opinions.
Do you offer alterations?

Yes, this is what makes By Design unique. We support you throughout your bridal journey. Once you have chosen your dress the same team will then carry out any alterations and fittings required in house, so you can be confident that we understand your vision and that we will be with you throughout.

What size samples do you stock?

Our sample range go from size 6 to 16, however smaller and larger dress sizes can be ordered as required.

Do I need an appointment?

We recommend making an appointment, so that we can make sure a member of our team and the required room are reserved just for you.
